After checkout, the customer receives an order confirmation email with order details.

Orders are packed and handed to the selected delivery partner as quickly as possible.

When tracking is available, it is sent by email or can be checked through the tracking page.
Return request
For eligible distance orders, customers may request withdrawal within 14 days from receiving the goods.

For online purchases, consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period unless a legal exception applies. Returned goods must be handled only as necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning. If goods are used beyond that, the seller may assess diminished value.

Refund timing
Refunds are handled without undue delay and normally not later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice, subject to receiving returned goods where applicable.
Return exceptions
Sealed hygiene, cosmetic or personal-care goods may be non-returnable after unsealing where the legal exception applies.
Shipping costs
The customer may be responsible for return shipping unless Ferrli states otherwise or the item is faulty.
