Terms of service
Store terms for orders, payments, delivery, withdrawal, warranty, liability and dispute handling.
Seller information
The seller operating this online store is UAB AISTENE, company code 305248458, registered address Europos pr. 122, Kaunas, Lithuania. Customer care: info@ferrli.com.
Use of the online store
By using the website or placing an order, the customer agrees to use the store lawfully and to provide accurate checkout, delivery and contact information.
Ferrli may update content, prices, product descriptions and availability. Confirmed consumer orders are handled according to the terms applicable at the time of purchase and mandatory consumer law.
Orders and payment
Orders are accepted through the WooCommerce checkout. The customer must review the cart, delivery data, payment method and total amount before confirming the purchase.
Payment methods shown at checkout may include card, bank transfer, payment initiation, invoice or other methods depending on the active payment providers.
Delivery
Delivery timing depends on stock, selected delivery method, destination and delivery partner performance. Ferrli will provide tracking where available.
If delivery information is incorrect or the parcel is not collected on time, additional costs or delays may apply.
Withdrawal and returns
For distance purchases, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the goods unless a legal exception applies. Some sealed hygiene, cosmetic or personal-care goods may be excluded after unsealing where the law allows that exception.
Customers should contact customer care before returning goods and follow the return instructions on the Delivery & returns page.
Warranty and non-conforming goods
Consumer goods are covered by the statutory guarantee required by applicable law. A separate commercial warranty, if offered, is additional and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
For faulty goods, the customer should contact Ferrli with order proof, description and evidence. Remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the case and mandatory law.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law. Ferrli is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect use, unauthorised modifications, misuse, external damage or use contrary to product instructions, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Complaints and disputes
Please contact Ferrli first so the issue can be reviewed quickly. If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, Lithuanian consumers may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT) or use other competent dispute-resolution routes.
Changes to terms
Ferrli may update these terms. The version published at the time of order normally applies to that order unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
